Well...... The season's get better and its all about if you're interested in the show. Not many prople are reacting to Xena, so that's good for the audience that loves it. However, most prople that know of Xena are a bit older. Like me. I would say only continue it if you're loving the show. I love Xena.

I am surprised you didn't see that kiss coming at the end of the episode. I have been waiting for that for a while now simply because it was clear that Rhyaenyra was bi from the moment she was younger because of like you said in season 1 how she treated Alicent and how many times she said she just wants to ride away on her dragon with Alicent by her side. Also they both remind me of Dany and Missandi in Game of thrones and I always thought there was more than friendship between them too. Now I think that kiss might have been more for comfort but I do beleive she is attracted as well so it's a bit of both. I am not surprised the younger brother became his rider because he is of the sea like Seasmoke's last rider was and he also kinda looks like him with the long hair and such. I agree though that one that keeps saying he has the blood of the dragon in him will eventually play apart in becoming a rider for Rhaenyra as specially now that she has given the people much needed food.

Thank you. A few details I hope you do not find too trivial: I'm not surprised that the planes taking off appear "dorky" to you. You must have seen footage of modern carriers, with those powerful catapults flinging huge sleek jet aircraft into the air. Of course 1942 technology appears primitive in comparison, because it is. And yes, often the pilots flew through an amazing amount of antiaircraft fire without being hit. Radar guidance for antiaircraft did not appear until near the end of the war, and then only for much larger guns. Also, heavy as it appeared, antiaircraft armament for Japanese carriers was considered much too light at that stage of the war. And as for missing with dive bombing: The target ships were maneuvering as hard as they could. Combine that with all the antiaircraft fire made even those huge carriers a difficult target. And the dive bomber pilots had no electronic aiming aids at all. It was all what they sometimes call "the mark one eyeball". And I have read that doctrine said that dive bombers were to release their bombs at 3,000 feet, so as to safely pull out of their dives. But accuracy was much better if the pilot took the chance of getting much lower before he released his bomb, as shown in the movie. I appreciate the touch that his wing tip kissed the ocean as he pulled up, to dramatize this. Finally, Best breathing caustic soda: The oxygen systems on those planes were "rebreathers". If they just pumped oxygen into the masks to keep the concentration high enough, they would have to carry much larger oxygen tanks. This could add a ton of weight, which a plane that size could ill afford. The "rebreathers" had the pilot's breath pass through a system to remove carbon dioxide, so that the system could add oxygen much more gradually. A much smaller oxygen tank could be used, since much more would be taken up by the pilot before it was expelled. Now the system used sodium hydroxide--caustic soda--also known as lye--to absorb carbon dioxide. However, on Dick Best's plane, on inspection after his incredible flight, it was found that there was an electrical short circuit right next to the container of sodium hydroxide, hot enough to actually vaporize some of it. I liked this episode and I like the season but the Daemon storyline has dragged on and on and on.

I think a lot of the kinda of mundane repetitiveness of some of the story is intentional to a degree. A large part of the season is characters waiting for their armies to arrive and not actually able to do much. A lot of character conflicts (eg Broome and Rhaenyra) go unresolved for a long period of time because nothing realistically would change each others mind. And then you slowly see how the characters reactions change through these Council scenes. Rhaenyra used to have some patience for her Council. Now she's smacking them around. You can kinda tell now that Alicent is now very disillusioned with her Council. She used to have some power. Now she has none. The Daemon storyline has a repetitive format (Daemon meets someone from his past and each dream tells him something about himself). But I don't necessarily think they all say the same thing. The first one showed how he had hurt Rhaenyra. The second dream showed how he resented Rhaenyra for taking the throne he thought was his. The dream with his mom seemed to be about his ego. And the dreams with Viserys seemed to show how he misunderstood Viesrys' intentions and feelings towards him. Even Laena's presence in that one episode has a purpose reminding him of his duties as a father. I think the point of the dreams is to make Daemon reflect on his relationship with his family and the consequences of his actions.

slow/set up episodes aren’t the same thing as a filler episode. granted i’m critical of how long daemon has been in harrenhal too, but people have been too critical in the name of impatience. these conversations may not have a lot of action in them, but they’re invaluable for this kind of show.

I have only played Fallout 4, many, many times. There are 4 factions, Minutemen, Railroad, Institute and Brotherhood. I have NEVER played as Brotherhood.

[I will call them boats, a boat can fit in a ship, a ship cannot fit in a boat] As if I am correct, he has a sick daughter and a wife to take care of. 22:53-22:55 As much as we are given reason to dislike Alicent, I have to give her credit for trying to protect Helaena, without regard for her own safety (of course she is Helaena's mother) and I would point to the sharp protrusions/spikes we see on the wall/gate behind Helaena. You may have remarked on this in the full reaction, but 23:22-23:23 Alicent is looking at what appears to be a wound on her arm, which I think is from the aforementioned spikes/sharp protrusions. 24:03-24:10 When an accusation of a member of the household casting malign spells, you went to Alys. Although it is possible for a someone to appear younger than they are, I always have felt Alys wouldn't have been alive when Larys was born, and at this point aren't you still questioning if Alys is real? 24:52-25:34 I, personally, perceived a significant change between this vision for Daemon, and all the others he's had. This vision, he's showing kindness and support, and although late, is being supportive of his brother after the death of his queen. Couple this with the news that is arriving at the time, and the previously mentioned "answer of sorts" about Alys... (It's a confirmation such a person exists, but it doesn't confirm it's the one he's seen. I don't care if the dragon is on a killing spree or not. We know what dragons can do to people. Unless you know it's friendly toward you, probably best to make yourself "not here" when a dragon comes flying in. 26:06-26:09 _THIS_ is how more shows should have someone "randomly fall down in the woods" when being pursued. So many chase sequences (primarily in horror and thriller movies) have a person (usually a woman) tripping for no good reason. Looking back to see the pursuit makes sense, but the "oh I twisted my ankle on _nothing_ " is so overused. At least in this case it was a "look where you're running... Oops you looked back at the wrong time and ran into something you would've easily hopped over if you were not distracted" At least here there's actually something to justify the fall. One thing that Addam (little brother of Alyn) potentially being the rider of Seasmoke proves, is that it doesn't have to be the first generation child of a Targaryen to ride a dragon. While the Targaryen and Velaryon lines have intermingled in the past, Coryls is the only connection between Laenor and Addam. Corlys is Velaryon, his children with Rhaenys would be first born children of a Targaryen, his bastard children are not Rhaenys's, so in theory any Targaryen blood they would have, would come from him. [I will not do a deep dive into any inter-marriages in his history, as I do not want to accidentally spoil anything for myself, assuming the information is out there.] I thought, if they were going to have success with the first attempt with a more distant descendent of a Targaryen, it would be most likely with Seasmoke, since this dragon, until relatively recently in dragon terms, had a rider. Better to try with one who has had a rider before, rather than one that is considered "wild"

Do not call people homophobic if someone may not like that sort of thing. It's an old trope. I personally don't like it but that doesn't mean I hate gay people. It's getting really really annoying. It's not a surprise honestly that rhaenyra kissed with her, there's no friendship when a woman is involved only men have the ability to be friends. With women it's either sexual or it's nothing so the writers went the realistic way which like i said says that women are unable to be just friends.
